I read the manual of how to use the product (its written on the product’s back side) – 2 times a day, and the first should be on an empty stomach. It is also suggested to drink a lot of water during the day.
According to XOTH, you should see progress in weight loss immediately after 7 days. My progress was seen after 10 days of using the product (even though it was possibly water weight), and was definitely seen after a month of using the product (lost 6kg). The downside was that I sometimes had stomach pain and diarrhea when I used the product on an empty stomach. Still, I would definitely recommend XOTH Keto BHB to those who want to lose couple of kilograms fast without returning them immediately.
